With foundations in yoga, pilates and dance, Aradia™ offers on AND off-the-pole fitness classes specifically tailored for a woman’s body. Aradia takes a holistic approach to fitness offering benefits that serve a woman’s mind, body and soul. Students gain confidence as they build physical strength, flexibility and conditioning. Students also gain a sense of wellness as they learn to adore, celebrate and flaunt every curve of their body.
From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel welcomed. We will start slow, teaching you the basics as you build up strength and confidence. Before you know it, you’ll be challenging yourself to try moves and spins you never thought you’d be able to do! Classes are lighthearted, warm and full of laughter. Women come for the workout and stay for the wonderful sense of community and celebration!
In addition to our pole classes, we also offer barre, conditioning, flexibility, and aerial arts classes. At Aradia, we truly have something for everyone!
Our Pole Program
At Aradia Fitness we offer beginner to advanced pole dancing as well as specialty fitness classes that focus on toning, stretching, and strengthening . In our pole classes, students start in Level 1 and work their way up to Level 6, eventually becoming “Pole Masters.” Our format is structured so you may join at ANY time; you do not have to wait for the start of the month or a new session. After taking a minimum of eight classes of a particular level, students may “level up” into the next level. Once you have completed at least eight classes and are able to execute certain moves (yes, there is a test!) you may move on to the next level. Please note that eight classes is the MINIMUM! You are welcome to take as many classes as you need of a particular level in order to feel comfortable. There is absolutely no rush to progress from one level to the next; your pole practice is a personal journey – one that should be enjoyed, not rushed. As you move into the intermediate and advanced levels, it is not unusual for it to take more than eight classes before you feel comfortable executing the required moves.
Pole Dancing and Aerial Arts
Teaser (Intro to Pole): Not sure what pole dancing is all about? Try a Teaser class! This one hour introductory class is designed for ladies who want to find out more about Aradia Fitness Pole and Sensual movement classes.
Level 1 and 2: Beginner Pole
Level 3 and 4: Intermediate Pole
Level 5 and 6: Advanced Pole
Pole Masters: Our most advanced pole class, this level is for students who have successfully completed levels 1-6.
Open Gym: In this class an instructor will lead you through the Aradia warm up, then you will have the remainder of class to practice whatever pole moves you are working on.
Ballet Buns Vertical Barre: In this ballet inspired class you will use the pole for support while sculpting and strengthening your entire body. This is a great workout for all fitness levels. Please wear ballet shoes, socks or bare feet. (The bun is optional )
Sexy and Flexy: In this off-the-pole class you will work through a series of sexy floor moves and stretches that will tone your body and leave you feeling fabulous. If you’re ready to meet your sexy side, this is a great class for you! It’s also a great class for those ladies who are curious about Aradia Fitness classes but aren’t sure they’re ready for pole dancing.
Aerial Arts: Our Aerial Arts program includes apparatus such as silks, lyra, and aerial hammocks. All fitness levels are welcome. To protect your skin, please wear leggings to all aerial fit classes.
